There are 10 motor coach lots in Creekside Cove. All are privately owned. Some may be available for rent or for sale. Each lot has a wide, level concrete pad, 50 amp and higher electric service, water and sewer. Each comes with a covered coach house and a storage shed. Several owners have expanded their coach houses to include kitchens, gas log fireplaces and more. All lots have access to a natural, bubbling stream that flows rapidly through the development.

Lots in Creekside are widely spaced and strategically landscaped. Each offers its own breathtaking view of the creek and forest without sacrificing privacy.

Creekside is governed by an active property owner’s association that has managed to keep quarterly fees to a modest amount. The cost covers lawn care, water and sewer and general maintenance. All owners are free to use the centrally located Creek House where the wood burning fireplace is a popular gathering place on cool mountain evenings. It is the place for meetings and dinners.

Creekside is peaceful and secluded. But there is plenty to do and see minutes away. Sky Valley with its championship golf course is reached in less than five minutes. Sky Valley also offers a large and well designed clubhouse and a variety of membership plans that allow you to take part in social events and fine dining or to use the tennis courts, the swimming pool, hot tubs, and fitness center. Many of the resort’s homes and condominiums can be rented to accommodate your guests. And visitors are welcome to stop and see the Estatoah Falls. It is one of many waterfalls that dot the surrounding area.
